Female-Only Clientele
At R&R Beaute Clinic, we pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and safe environment for all of our clients. As such, we have implemented the following policy regarding our clientele:
We accept female clients only: R&R Beaute Clinic caters exclusively to female clients. We believe that this policy allows us to create a welcoming and supportive environment for women to receive the beauty treatments they desire.
Exception for minors: In cases where a minor requires a treatment, we will permit her to receive our services if accompanied by her legal guardian or parent.
Respectful and professional environment: We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for all of our clients. Our staff are trained to provide the highest level of customer service and to ensure that all clients feel comfortable and respected during their visit.
Confidentiality: R&R Beaute Clinic is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All client information and records are kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the client’s permission.
Zero-tolerance policy: R&R Beaute Clinic has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or any other characteristic. Any client or staff member found to be engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the premises and may be subject to legal action.
Compliance with laws: R&R Beaute Clinic complies with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the treatment of female clients.

Booking Confirmation & Cancelation Policy
At our clinic, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. To ensure that your appointment runs smoothly, we would like to share our confirmation and cancellation policies with you.
We will confirm your appointment booking with a text message or email, and kindly request that you reply with a “yes” to automatically confirm your booking. For some bookings, we may require credit card details to confirm your appointment.
We understand that sometimes cancellations are necessary. However, we do require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 20% charge of the value of the booked appointment applied to your account. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the value of the booked appointment. Cancellations made less than one hour before your appointment or no shows will result in a 100% charge of the value of the booked appointment.
Please note that rescheduled appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. However, the cancellation fee will not apply if we can move your appointment to an earlier time or day.
We kindly request that you allow sufficient time for your arrival to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that we can accommodate the next client.

Voucher Policy
At our indulgence experience clinic, we understand that gift vouchers can be a wonderful way to introduce a friend or family member to our services. We kindly ask that you take the time to read our voucher policy carefully to ensure that you are aware of our terms and conditions.
Please note that vouchers cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen. Unfortunately, in such cases, the privilege of using the voucher is lost.
We regret to inform you that no change or refund can be given on our vouchers, which cannot be used to purchase another voucher for someone else.
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the voucher’s total value will be redeemed. In the event of a no-show for a booked appointment, the full value of the voucher will be redeemed.
Please schedule your appointment in advance, as we may be unable to accommodate your requested time or day, particularly if it is only days away from your voucher’s expiration.
